Underfunded and dangerous. I tend to do my own running repairs, I was quite good at stitching myself up, but now I am lazy and use super glue.
I wonder if you can use a ZX81 for remote surgery?

I haven't gotten there, yet. I think most major problems can be avoided by eating right and getting some exercise everyday. I'll take that to going down and getting xrays every year any day. I have a distrust for doctors. I can see their eye's light up when they think someone is sick. My stepfather had cancer and one doctor told them it was too late and he should just live the remaining days with pain killers. They called in a specialist who convinced him there was a chance and went through chemo, xray, blah, blah. The only difference was he died sooner and broke. I know there's some good ones, but there's too much money in it. Attracts the wrong crowd.

My reactions haven't slowed down with age, but the immersion required to use them has. I just don't care enough about a game to trigger rapid reactions.
How they managed to translate mouse / keyboard into real world 3D movements.... yes fireside, that is something I would like to study.
