What's NFS? Network File System? Need For Speed? Nuclear Fuel Services?
If it's Need For Speed you're talking about, those games are proprietary so there's not going to be any source code publicly available.

Let's hope it's not Nuclear Fuel Services.
There are some open source driving games around. Torcs and Vdrift come to mind.
