Hi I am an indie developer working to create a web browser mmo strategy game alike travian/glory of fellowland.

The team currently consists of myself, the developer and game designer, 2 programmers.
All graphics work are done by hiring free lance graphic artists.

This project is considered a big undertaking and I am looking to hire dedicated, motivated programmers to work within a tight time schedule.

The programmers are required to have more or less the following skill sets:
Javascript
HTML
CSS
JQuery
Ajax
PHP
MySQL

Full-time preferred.

I read your forum rules and I think I meet the criteria and yes this is a salaried job, with pay for every hour worked. This is NOTpay at the end after the whole project is done and profit sharing schemes.
