Hello I found some awesome sprites but most of them are broken up it pieces so I'm looking for a stickman program or something like it so I can easily animate the sprites.
I already have Stickman 4 and 5 but those are more like movie maker I think not sure I can pull it off with them.
If there are any other programs better / simpler please fill me in.

Synfig does that type of thing.

It's called cut out animation, Synfig is big and does different types. There's a tutorial here:
As an added note, those sprites were made that way so they could overlap and save memory, so you should be able to just move them together in your engine.

Currently using Blender and Unity.

Synfig is a very interesting tool. I wonder if it could also serve for me.
Right now i have all my 2d animation frames on a texture-atlas. What i need is to adjust the frames and find offsets so the animations look perfect.
