Ok so i have been playing a few mafia games and i have always wanted to make my own but never have known where to start i tried mafiacreator.com but they kinda suck and i really dont like how they run things so i know this is kinda a shot in the dark but is there anyone here that can help me out and who ever does help will most defiantly be put on staff

Unless you know how to program, it really comes down to how much money you are willing to spend. I doubt anyone here will want to build you your game for free.
If you want to do it from the ground up yourself, then I suggest you to find a good book or two on either PHP, ASP.NET or Ruby on Rails.
