Hey guys.
My name is Martin Baadsgaard and I've been doing some loose game developement for some years, working on graphics.
Now I've decided to start my own developement team, with the goal to realise a game, based on a concept by one of my friends.
The game is a basic 3d shooter, with some agent who's suppose to stop a virus from spreading. The first game is mainly just aimed at "getting going" There should be sequal at some point, where more features are added, and where the real innovation starts ;)
Anyway, I know the really basic 101 of game design, and I'm pretty good at graphics. What I need is a programmer to help me out, planning what needs to be developed, helping with some tools etc. Someone who's ready to help get a small group of programmers going with a 3d game project.
The engine which should be used for the game is the Crystal Space Engine. It got my love over half a year ago, but I never got to really get into the structure of it, also do to my education.

I'm not demanding about the programmer, as long as he can learn his way around in the engine, and knows how to, or is willing to learn how to code extensive apps based on this engine, and have an idea about how to handle shader connection, event systems (based on Crystal Entity Layer: cel.sourceforge.net) and small simple things like death event, weapon interactions, game status data (Weapons you got, ammo you got, utils you got etc.) and so on... I know that sounds like alot, but it's just the planning and understanding. The coding will be spread amoung more programmers later, and I'm not asking for coding shaders languages or anything like that, since that's already in the engine.
Let me know if you're interested.
Dedicated programmer needed

Not trying to be rude, but if you are looking for programmer/s and are not a programmer yourself maybe you should consider letting the programmer decide what engine they would like to use. My personal opinion of Crystal Space is that it is an outdated piece of junk with piss poor documentation. I for one would much rather be working with Torque or OGRE.
