Sometimes I leave the forum and do not remember where I have been exactly. Is there a function to mark the exact place ?

Mainly, I use the "View New Content" button on the upper right corner, on the blue nav bar. It will keep track of what you've looked at already.

Also, you can mark individual forums as read; there's a button next to the "start new topic" button in each forum. That should gray them out for you on the main forum page.
