I will be putting together an MMORPG. I do not have any illusions about creating a game that changes the world with every leaf you step on, nor do I believe I could create something and graphically artistic as Everquest II.

I will be using the Realmforge GDK engine - which was developed for "rapid development of cutting-edge MMORPG's." Perhaps that recent arrival of EQ2 and the long anticipated coming of WoW will dispel the "cutting edge" thing but I believe with the RealmForge GDK engine it would be possible to create an RPG that would be fun and rewarding to play, and not make your eyeballs bleed.

RealmForge GDK was made in C#, and supports codes in all of the .NEt languages, so I need not C++ coders, VB.NET, Even Delphi and Perl work fine, and due to RealmForge's technology they all run as fast as if they were scripted directly in OpenGL.

I have a (what i believe to be revolutionary) new system for damage and character skill. I have played D&D for a long, long time now and it has taught me some tricks. I will not display the whole system of dialogue, crafting, combat, skills, and attributes and feats (et cetera) here.

Myself, I am a 'world builder,' 'system designer,' '3d model designer,' and 'quest, NPC, god, and almost all other things designer.' This aside I already have a good team of 3d designers, world builders and general fantasy geeks (ie. My friends) all who are very supportive and always provide (somtimes unwelcome) input. I have a lot of 3d models already made, and the land, all its cities and buildings and people are all concept designed, as arfe the starting quests and all dialogue.

I beleive that the coding is the only important part that is uncovered. I have one coder already part of the "fun" and he would probably lead the coding team. He has lots of ideas from watching lots of .hack// and is a geat person to have around.

If you are into the idea of having some fun, and seriously getting something out of your time, I strongly urge you contact me on toxic_tomato@hotmail.com, please NO SPAM!!!! please...

Thanks for your time, and if you contact me or post in this thread I will be glad to fill you in on the specifics. In the mantime, it is worth it to head to the 3d engine database and check out realmforge GDK.
