Did the post-reporting feature disappear in the redesign?

I don't see the option myself but then again I'm seeing a moderator's interface.

I see a report button at the lower right corner of each post, next to the "quote" and "multiquote" buttons. Do others have that as well?

I see the report button but it has no border and is faded but becomes darker when ever the mouse is over the bottom of the post.

Oh right, I see that as well . Totally missed that.

Yeah, it's a different design to the other buttons for some reason. You can still click it.

Ah! I see it now.

Perhaps it could be more pronounced? I get that it's faded to avoid cluttering up the interface, but I apparently wasn't the only one who missed it.
