Hey everyone,

We are in the home stretch with Natural Selection 2, but do still have a lot of work to do. Our tidy team of 7 just isn't quite enough, not when we are building our own engine! We're in private beta with well over 30k+ users on Steam. We're been really thirsty for a gameplay programmer and am not a big fan of recruiters so I thought I would post here.

We are a small, hard-core game team of seven in downtown San Francisco. We're working on a sequel to our sci-fi shooter/strategy hybrid, Natural Selection, on our own "Spark" engine. The game code is written 100% in Lua and it's really beautiful code. We work in a free-form unstructured way where everyone has responsibilities, but people feel free to contribute in many areas. We have been lucky enough to have completely independent funding (largely from our beta players) and so have no evil overlords telling us what milestones to hit, or how to change the baddies on level 6. We are very ambitious and we have a lot of talent in this one-big-room, sunny office.

One more programmer will complete the team so we can release this game on the world stage. Perhaps you, or someone you know, is that person?
