First, the appropriate forum for recruiting members for a project, or similar, is not in a programming or game design forum, but in Personal Announcements.

Secondly, I would for one be rather put off by your apparent attitude towards someone who is going to volunteer to help you on your project.

I have to say I completely agre with Baldurk, if people are going to help you to create something for you, effectively with nothing to show from it (except perhaps their name at the bottom of the credits in come b-grade RPG), you should accept any help you get, whether they are 'slackers' or not, and whether or not they can take phycological abuse without breaking down!

I for one would not be at all impulsed to contribute to a project with such an insuting project leader.

PS: BTW all those that feel the same way as me, please check out my MMORPG call fro coders, i promise you that I am not commanding anything, and i certanly respect anyone who helps me, whether they do one little thing or the whole game.
