Personally, I’ve noticed a reasonable amount of posts concerning job opportunities from people that register in the forums exclusively to make such announcements. My suggestion is to open a new page just like the forums and 3d engines database where it is free for anyone to post a job position without having to register. This way, more people get the chance to read it until the deadline approaches for submission. Not to mention more poeple will post jobs. One the other hand, if we leave it as it is, rarely do people see it, look at the number of readers that actually read the post for proof.
Who’s with me?
a page for job opportunities

Thats a very good idea. Job related posting are better off handled elsewhere.
But I do not know if it will be good to open the discussion to non-members. It will be like opening the forum to all the users on the Internet whose track cannot be kept, as good as the track of members through Admin CP.

Dont open it up for non members let the register first. So u can filter out the bullshit messages and find some more user history. Real job offers will register they do it on other sites to and by registering the hoaxes will hopefully be less.
But make a seperate subsection at the highest level so all the posts are at 1 point. U could even split it up in payed positions and requests for help.
