I want to play around with some stuff, and I'm wondering if there are any engines that can simulate sea waves relatively easy (I'm kind of lazy and don't want to put much work into it unless I have to). Basically the game is driving a boat around in the ocean (similar to this: ), and I just kinda want to play around with it.
Are there any engines that have ocean systems that are relatively easy to manipulate, or am I going to have to program it myself?

Those are pretty impressive water effects. I think you would have to pick some of the top engines, get on the forums, and ask about it.
Currently using Blender and Unity.

You will have to get off your lazy a**
and code it yourself if you want procedural stuff. Or, you can animate it, with products like Houdini or like.

I can't help you if you're looking to push a big red button that says "awesome water", but I can tell you reading this, this, and finally this will help steer you in the right direction.
If you just want to have some fun, you can use Blender's fluid system. You can do a lot of cool things with it, including liquid 3D models. Think T-1000 type effect.
