A real lottery or a fake one? If it's real, lottery is considered a form of gambling and is regulated in most jurisdictions. You need to have your software certified, which is both expensive and time consuming. It might not be "fun" when you consider how much red tape is involved.

Sure is fake one.
I jz wanna bring fun and not legal issue.
But the gameplay might be quite static, is like u guess a number, the at the end of the day system will randomly generate a series of number, if u spot the number, then u r the lucky one.
Also, daily free credit will be given

The game is kinda static but what I am worrying is, will gamer hook on this game?

In all honesty, no. People want something exciting on their phones. A simple app that randomly draws a winner every week with no prize wouldn't be all that exciting and quite pointless. You would have more success with a casino game, like Vegas Stakes.

I think it'd be fun to see you make this game. The reason why people think that it's going to be "boring" is because you can't win anything. Maybe if you partner up with offers companies to get coupons or deals to 'win' in the lottery, you could provide some value for it to make it interesting.

In the future you'll actually be able to make games that have real-money gambling with Betable (http://beta.betable.com), the company I work for ;)
