I recently stumbled across this challenge that is hosted by Google. You design an AI in (just about) any language that you choose, then you submit it and it is automatically played and rated.

I'm tempted to write a 5 second RNG solution and see how far it goes. I'd totally laugh if it won. intelligence = fail :lol:

I have a really rubbish bot in it, currently in 563rd, although it's basically just a reflex agent atm. Looking at the top bots, I reckon I could easily get in the top 100.

It's very smart of Google to host this competition. Wouldn't surprise me if this is part of their employee recruitment strategy. In any case, they seem to be trying to gather ideas for AI, or at the very least to be checking to make sure that their ideas are the best.
