I have (x,y,z) coordinates of all the points of a surface.
I want to polygonize the surface. Can I use Marching cube
for this? Is there any software for doing this?

The marching cubes algorithm works with volumes, not point clouds.
There is software that can do it, though. The stanford bunny and the happy buddha was reconstructed from scanned points.
