Hi :),
What books would you recommend on designing game engines? I want to create an engine with a 3d World Editor in XNA with scripting abilities using Jint. Any recommendations or opinions or comments (negative + positive) is wecomed.

Thanks

Hi,
I must recommend Jason Gregory's book "Game engine architecture".

I've been reading it several days and I think that it's very very good piece of informations!

Personal opinion here, but I think your best bet is to write some 3d games. From that you will find the re-usable components you need for an engine. Just get a book on XNA programming.
Currently using Blender and Unity.
