i don't know how many of you all have noticed, but the unreal 3 development kit is now completely free for non-commercial use. you can license it for commercial use (25% after the first $5,000). it seems like a pretty fair deal considering what this engine is capable of and all of the editors built in to the unreal development kit. :) just go to www.udk.com and try it i guess download is about 563 mb
