Arteria3d have just launched the new urban decay/wartorn pack which can be used for any urban or wartorn city scenes requiring decaying buildings.
Also these models are great for iphone game development due to their low poly form, but highly textured detail.

pack contains over 40 buildings and include a prop pack and terrain textures. Unity pack also includes the level show in the unity screenshots above
