Hi to all.

I would like to make tetris alike game, with differenct concept, but using same building blocks like in original Tetris.

I found many Tetris games on the net, and it looks like many of them (or perhaps all?) are violating Tetris®.

Do you know something about Tetris® licencing? If I make game which is similar to Tetris, but it's played differently and in real 3D environment, do I have to get licence?

No one on this planet will make me license tetris. If i feel like it, i'll write one without asking for damn permission... i mean - it's _tetris_ after all. That's the same as for example asking for the license of 'Space Invaders'

Nope. The Tetris license includes any game which has "tris" in its name, and use the concept of falling blocks. You can make your game an *exact replica* of tetris, and if you call it something other then tetris it's all good. Ideas cannot be copyrighted, which means the concept of tetris cannot be copyrighted either. Its an idea of blocks that fall into eachother. Just dont use the logo and it'll be fine.
