I have game that have *res file extension. In this file theres things like menu, pics actualy all engine. Game is totally crap and I will change it if I open the file. I try Reshack and Resedit. It show me "out of memory". How can I open it?

You're probably better off contacting the makers of those editing tools for questions of this sort. See if they have any discussion forums on their websites.

thats why you code everything ground up with your own file types.
you used to be able to fit a game on a disk, then you used to be able to fit a game on a cd, then you used to be able to fit a game on a dvd, now you can barely fit one on your harddrive.
