Ive uploaded an avatar, but it doesn't seem to be appearing, and not only that, noone elses avatars are there either, what could be the problem?

you used to be able to fit a game on a disk, then you used to be able to fit a game on a cd, then you used to be able to fit a game on a dvd, now you can barely fit one on your harddrive.

Do you have avatar display turned on? In the User CP, go to Edit Options, then scroll down to Thread Display Options, and make sure "Show Avatars" is checked.
