Are you serious? You have $100K and are posting in a forum?!?
Assuming you are for real, here's a suggestion: for a few K's, hire a seasoned game consultant that can work briefly but closely with you and ensure you don't throw that money down the toilet...

Maybe include the C4 engine in your research.
I'm just starting to investigate this subject myself, but that engine seems to have the confidence of some professionals.

if u have 100k to spend on a game engine, then u better get a consultant to guide u all the way.to see ur exact needs and demands n appropriately which engine can help.
buying expensive engines doesnt mean they are the best.

And they are easier to code yourself than you think, if you know what your doing in the first place.
Why pay 100 k for an engine if you can make something nearly as good yourself.
I always code my own engine personally, cause im good at it, and i dunno how much they are worth, maybe i
should try selling an engine for 100k... maybe someone like you would buy it. ;)

I agree; some of the best engines come complete with SDK for under $1500 without royalties; I little no need to ever spend more on an engine than that.
However...

I also strongly suspect that the OP is a troll., but...
There is a difference between what you get when you plunk down $200-400K with Unreal Technology, and what you get when you put 1/100th of that money down on C4. A big difference...
