Anyone seen this? Motion sensing turns you into the controller.

I like how it says "Experience Is Loading" on the home page.

Many of my "experiences" have happened when I was loaded... :D

Well, it sounds awesome in theory, but have you ever tried to use the Logitech webcam that maps avatars (like a shark face) to your real face? Let's just say the "experience" needs a little more "loading".

Sony debuted a motion controller for the PS3 as well, at their E3 press conference today. I watched a live video stream of the demo and it seemed pretty responsive and yet still quite precise. That doesn't seem to have made it onto Youtube yet. It does involve holding a device, though, not completely controller-free like Natal.

Microsoft is apparently fairly confident in Natal. I saw an interview with one of the higher ups who claimed that it would extend the 360's life cycle to 10 years. Really, the software for that stuff has been around for a while but we've just hit the threshold where we have the raw CPU power to run it cheaply. I wouldn't be shocked to see a low clocked quad core running in the Natal box.
