We've recently published a big chunk of music via soundclick.net licensed under the Creative Commons Attribute Noncommercial ShareAlike license (CC-By-NC-SA). It is all digitally composed/sequenced music done using FLstudio.

Feel free to use this stuff in open source / noncommercial games if you wish. Please drop us a line if you find it useful. Commercial licensing is negotiable.
