I'm new to programming, my friend is letting me borrow his account here... Anyways, in today economy it's hard to get into college, however paying for it is harder, there are many scholarships for students who are able to display an understanding for graphic design and animation. I have been researching and have found that most programs need another program to function. Are there any full function programs that has all the possible features needed to create and animate graphics? Preferable free... I realize you guys get questions like this all the time but it would be appreciated if I could get some help.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for? Are you saying that you want to prep for school where you'd end up learning more expensive and industry-standard packages like 3DMax or Maya, but can't afford them now?
If so, consider Anim8tor, Truespace or Blender.
Cinema4D is pretty good. You still have to shell out for it, but much less than, say, Maya. Same with Luxology's modo.
