If I remember correctly, that is the Cadillac Sixteen (named for the engine). I read an article about it in TIME or Newsweek abotu 2 years ago. If you thin thats impressive, take a look under the hood and then look inside the car. I belive it is just a concept tho.

no it's actually the concept model CIEN, the concept Cadillac Sixteen looks like this:
