Hello,
I own an Indie Developer online arcade site, http://gmarcade.com/. Currently most of the games and traffic from our site is from Game Maker developers.
I am looking to expand to other game programming communities, and that is why I am here. There are many features of GMArcade that I'm sure this community could benefit from. Here are some:
-Upload your games to GMArcade
-We have Online Play techonology. Using Java, and .exe game can be run from the browser so it seems like the player doesn't have to download it.
-Commenting and Rating Games
-Each user has their own blog
-A forum to chat in
-GMArade Coins "Money/Reward" system. If you're active on the site, you can win free advertising for your game/website or use coins to buy member added items.
I look forward to seeing some of you at GMArcade =)
Thanks,
Matt Kremer

The site looks authentic, but the idea of running applications directly from the browser scares me. Does anyone feels the same???
Interesting enough, I commonly download executables (.exe) and then run them.
But, for some reason, I just can't hit the "yes" button to run the app within the browser. Damn it!
But please, as I said, the site looks authentic, I think there are just real games there, nothing more. But why oh why did I select the DEATH WORM game first??? Then the browser asked for authorization to run the DEATH WORM, and... I denied. Ufff.

Why can't you hit the "yes" button? Or do you just not want to?
The site is authentic, all games are uploaded by indie developers :)
Death Worm is our most popular game, it has 78% of the unique plays on GMA (over 19000).

Lol, never realized that. Not the malware worm, it's kind of like the movie Tremor ;)
