Hello,
I'm a 28 year old classically trained composer and sound designer working freelance on tv shows, animations, tourist attractions and theater in the UK and Paris for the last 8 years. I play cello, use live musicians and use the vienna symphonic library among other tools in my studio in Hackney, London to create music of all genres.

Although I have been playing games since the spectrum zx, and have been scoring ill-fated mods and machinima for years, I am relatively new to the industry. I scored the music to an indie game called Singularis last year and am currently under contract in the casual games market. I would very much like to expand this into more cinematic and atmospheric areas of gaming, and am eager to experiment with and make the most of interactive/context sensitive gaming.

A few demos from select genres:

Historical- RPG- medieval banquet music

Beats- Action/Arcade- battle music

Ambient- Horror/Adventure- tense music

Aztec- Puzzle/Adventure/RPG- tranquil music

Space- Generic cinematic, millitary action- battle music

Ethnic- Adventure/RPG- isolation, sombre beauty- intro music

And my general audio showreel:

all tracks are used under license for demonstration purposes only, no reproductions please.

if you like what you hear, please do get in touch. I am available for work and my rates are flexible.
thanks for your time
Nicholas Singer
