Hi there, i'm looking for any free engine similar to game 18 wheels of steel or hard truck.

Panda3d is a good free engine that uses the python scripting language. However, it doesn't have vehicle physics that I know about. You can use Ogre with Ode bindings, but you'll need to know c++, and Ogre is just a graphics engine so you'll need to add sound and other things. You might want to check out Microsoft's XNA game studio express. I don't know much about it, though.
