sure. i don't want my desktop. but most users want. outlook is way to go (or other software, of course, too).
the trick is, there are two ways you can check your mail. both should always be offered. anything else is bullshitting the users.

as i said. you have to pay for more. at least this is still the way i'd get my 2gb on hotmail. but i won't pay, of course. i have yet 2gb, one on gmx and one on gmail. and the 320 on my hd's left :D
