Poser by far is the easiest program I've used to animate models (although my experience with Blender is vastly improving). I believe they have another tool to craft models as well, so I recommend taking a look into that. I don't believe they're called creative labs or eFrontier anymore. The company seems to have financial issues.

3DS Max is an industry standard tool (along with Maya) and Blender is pretty much the top tool in the indie community. So they are perfectly capable of creating "difficult" models.

Maybe if you were more specific about the problems you're having with 3DS Max and Blender, we could help you better.

Poser is good, but not suitable for realtime use. The models are too detailed, but more importantly, the licensing won't allow you to redistribute them with your game.

Characters what I wanna create/make I wanna do it fast and easy. Long ago I have program to animates model only with set some paramets like model must jump then you pick from list jump. Program have a "chartacter" in name. But cant remmeber how it was called. But I need something like this. Not the same and nice if it will be free.

Doing that is almost like using a point-and-click game making apparatus. Sure you could do it this way, but it puts huge barriers on what you can accomplish compared to traditional methods.

What about MakeHuman (http://www.makehuman.org) you can use it to model your characters (nude for now) and then export to any format blender or other software can read. It exports the bones too. And in blender or 3dsmax animate them.

Let me second MakeHuman. There are only a few character specific programs that I've come across, and MakeHuman is the only free one. If you have a bit of dough to pony up, Quidam might be worth considering as well.

Caligari's trueSpace v7.6 http://www.caligari.com/ is now free. You can use it to create and animate characters. There are also a bunch of free video tutorials that you can download.
