PlayCanvas is a cloud-hosted, open source game development platform. It’s a social hub where game developers have a toolset that focuses on real-time collaboration where users can build, share and play video games. PlayCanvas uses HTML5 and WebGL so there is potential to create cross platform games (Windows, OS X, Android and iOS etc.). There is also free hosting for games created on PlayCanvas
